Please read these terms carefully. By using Hustlr, you are agreeing to follow the rules of the campus hustle.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hustlr platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Hustlr is primarily intended for use by students currently enrolled in Nigerian tertiary institutions. By using this platform, you represent that you are a student or a member of the campus community.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Commissions
Hustlr facilitates payments between Posters and Hustlers. We charge a standard 10% commission on every successfully completed gig to maintain the platform and ensure security. Payments are held in the Hustlr Vault until the job is confirmed complete.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Hustlr for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or the exchange of prohibited goods and services. Academic dishonesty is strictly discouraged.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a Poster and a Hustler, Hustlr will mediate based on the evidence provided by both parties. Our decision in such matters is final.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hustlr is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by Hustlers or the behavior of Posters. We provide the platform 'as is' without any warranties.
